ALLERGY CARE
What we treat, and how it gets looked at
Allergy and immunology covers more than seasonal sneezing. It includes food allergy, asthma, eczema and chronic hives, recurring sinus disease, drug reactions and stinging insect allergy. All of it is evaluated at Allergenix by one board-certified physician in appointments that run 45 to 60 minutes. Skin testing is performed in the clinic and read the same day.
Everything below is evaluated by Dr. Stanga, during the same appointment, all testing done in the clinic rather than sent out.
FIVE PLACES TO START
Where does yours fit?
Allergy TestingTesting is run here rather than sent out, so the conversation about your results happens while you are still in the room.Food AllergiesA food allergy label follows a person for years. Confirming one — or safely removing it — is worth doing properly.Asthma & RespiratoryAsthma that is genuinely controlled looks different from asthma that is merely survived. Measuring it is the first step.Eczema, Hives & RashSkin that keeps flaring is usually reacting to something. An allergist's job is to find out what, rather than to treat each flare as it arrives.Sinus & NasalCongestion that never fully clears is worth a proper evaluation, not another round of the same treatment.
HOW AN APPOINTMENT RUNS
One visit, not a referral chain
- Skin panels run and read in the clinic during your visit
- Results read the same day, with you, in the room
- A written plan before you leave — what was found and what happens next
- The same physician for the testing, the results and the treatment
