Direct specialty care, explained plainly
You pay the clinic directly instead of routing care through an insurer. That single structural change is what pays for hour-long appointments, testing read the same day, and a physician who answers messages.
Allergenix operates on a Direct Specialty Care model, which means care free from insurance restrictions, surprise bills, facility fees and rushed appointments. Charges are not processed through your insurance, and payment is taken or arranged on the day of your visit. Every service is priced clearly and upfront, so you always know what to expect.
What membership covers
Everything above applies whether or not you join — the published prices, the longer appointments, no insurer in the middle. Membership is an optional layer on top of that, for people who expect to be seen more than once or twice a year.
$99/month
A new patient consultation is $225 and runs 45 to 60 minutes.
Membership does not apply to patients on active immunotherapy. Those programs already include their own scheduled follow-ups, monitoring and adjustments in the treatment cost.
Included
- Convenient and flexible appointmentsIn-person visits, telemedicine video, or phone consultations — as often as medically necessary for your allergies, asthma or related concerns.
- Priority schedulingAn urgent allergy issue gets an appointment the same week, often the same day. Quick questions can go by telemedicine or phone instead of a full visit, and there are no cancellation fees for missed appointments.
- Access to the teamCall, text or email directly with questions, for same-day priority help with your treatment plan during business hours.
- No long-term commitmentNo required contract, and you can cancel anytime. If you take a break and rejoin later, a $300 re-enrollment fee applies, covering portal setup and priority access reinstatement.
The part worth knowing before you enroll
- It is not insurance, and it does not replace it. Charges here are not processed through your plan.
- It is a specialty practice, not primary care. It does not replace your family doctor.
- Outside services — laboratory work, imaging, prescriptions — are billed by whoever provides them.
- Immunotherapy programs sit outside the membership and are priced separately.
